1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using AI Video Education, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at team@aivideoeducation.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Educator and institution responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful educational, training or related organizational purposes.
- Review AI-generated questions, answers, feedback and timestamps before assigning a lesson where accuracy or safety matters.
- Obtain required permissions and provide appropriate supervision when learners, including children, use the service.
- Respect copyright, privacy, accessibility and the policies that apply to your institution and source material.
4. YouTube and third-party content
You must have the right to use each video and related content. Embedding or transforming a lesson does not transfer ownership of the source video. YouTube and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms, availability and content controls.
5. AI-assisted features
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular learner. They are drafting and live-feedback aids, not a substitute for educator judgment or professional advice. Fixed-answer learner playback does not consume Live AI sessions. A Live AI session means one browser’s guided use of one Live AI lesson during the applicable allowance period, subject to the evaluation limits shown with the plan.
6. Plans, allowances and payment
Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe unless canceled. A plan’s live-lesson limit is the maximum number of lessons that may be Live at one time; archived lessons do not count. AI lesson-build credits and Live AI session allowances are separate. Prepaid Live AI top-ups do not auto-renew, and we do not charge usage overages automatically. Prices, taxes and current plan inclusions are shown before checkout.
7. Your content and our service
You retain rights you hold in lesson content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and improve delivery of that content for you and authorized users. AI Video Education and its underlying software, branding and original materials remain our property.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent AI output as verified fact, or use the service to make prohibited high-impact decisions about a person.
9. Availability, cancellation and retention
We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. Beta and preview features may change without notice. When a paid subscription ends, published learner links are paused and the workspace becomes read-only. Unless law or an approved request requires otherwise, lesson content is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation or export and may then be deleted. Canceling does not immediately delete content.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without guarantees that every video, transcript, AI output or integration will be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Questions may be sent to team@aivideoeducation.com.
