Support & FAQ

Clear answers. No fine print.

Here is exactly how lessons, build credits and Live AI work—in everyday language.

The Educator plan in one minute

What do 20, 10 and 250 actually mean?

20

Live lessons

Keep up to 20 student-ready lessons live at the same time. They can be any mix of Fixed and Live AI lessons.

Archive a lesson to free a slot.

10

New lesson builds each month

Turning one YouTube link into a new lesson uses one build credit—even when you choose Fixed questions.

Editing an existing lesson uses no credit.

250

Live AI sessions each month

A session is one learner using one Live AI lesson in one browser—not every answer they submit.

Fixed-question viewing does not use these.

A simple example

Meet Maya, a science teacher.

Maya is on the Educator plan. Here is what a normal month can look like.

  1. 1She builds 6 Fixed lessons and 4 Live AI lessons. That uses 10 build credits.
  2. 2Those 10 lessons use 10 of her 20 live-lesson slots. They stay live next month.
  3. 3Students can view the 6 Fixed lessons as often as needed with no Live AI usage.
  4. 4If 30 learners each use a Live AI lesson, that normally uses 30 Live AI sessions.

Quick plan comparison

The limits at a glance.

“Live lessons” is your lesson capacity. “New lesson builds” is how many new videos AI can turn into lessons. “Live AI sessions” covers written-answer checking while students learn.

Frequently asked questions

The useful details.

Does a Fixed lesson use AI?+

Yes, but only while the lesson is being created. AI reads the video transcript and makes the first draft. After that, multiple-choice answers are checked instantly without using Live AI sessions.

Can I make unlimited Fixed lessons?+

No. Fixed and Live AI lessons share the same live-lesson limit, and every new lesson uses one build credit. The useful difference is that students can view and answer a Fixed lesson as many times as needed without using your Live AI allowance.

Does editing a lesson use another build credit?+

No. You can change questions, answers, feedback, question types and pause times without using another build credit.

What happens when I reach my live-lesson limit?+

Your existing lessons keep working. To add another one, archive a lesson you no longer need or move to a larger plan. Archiving frees a live slot.

Do I get a build credit back if I delete a lesson?+

No. The build credit paid for reading the transcript and creating the lesson. Deleting a lesson frees a live-lesson slot, but it does not return the build credit.

Do unused build credits disappear?+

No. New monthly build credits are added to your balance. Credits you have not used stay available on your account.

What exactly is one Live AI session?+

One learner using one Live AI lesson in one browser normally counts as one session. That session can check up to 4 written answers. It does not mean one session for every question.

What if I run out of Live AI sessions?+

There are no surprise usage charges. Fixed questions keep working. You can wait for the next monthly allowance, add a prepaid Live AI top-up, or move to a larger plan.

Do learners need an account?+

No. Send learners the student link. If you added a lesson password, they enter that password before the lesson opens.

Can I protect a lesson with a password?+

Yes. Add a simple shared password when you create or edit the lesson. Share the student link and password with your class.

Can I change the questions and pause points?+

Yes. The AI creates a strong first draft, but the teacher stays in control. You can edit the wording, answers, feedback, question type and exact timing before sharing it.

What happens if I cancel a paid plan?+

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. After that, student links pause and the workspace becomes read-only. Your content is kept for 90 days so you can reactivate it.

Creating lessons

Use a public or unlisted YouTube video with captions. Review the AI draft before sharing it with your class.

Sharing safely

Copy the student link from your dashboard. Add a lesson password when you want an extra layer of privacy.
